How can I return a product
Once the hardware is delivered or installed, you enter into an agreement with the respective DTH service provider, in which DTH connect is not a party. As a standard practice, across all DTH sales agent, no returns are permissible once the hardware is delivered or installed. You are advised to understand the terms and conditions of the respective DTH providers before installation of DTH.
How long will it take to get my package ?
All orders received during working hours are generally processed by us within 30 minutes. Delivery, installation and activation of service is then processed by respective DTH service provider. The same may take 6 to 24 hours depending upon service provider and the rush at that time.
Do you provide any warranty ?
Generally, there is 1 year warranty of Set Top Box provided directly by DTH service providers. However, you are advised to understand the terms and conditions of the respective DTH service providers beforehand.
